Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

Want to return or exchange a product? Our customer care team will facilitate you with returns and exchanges of your purchased item(s). 

 

Your product(s) will only be exchanged and returned if there is an error from our end. Please notify us of the error within a week of receiving the parcel as product(s) may only be exchanged or returned within one week after the package has been delivered. 

Products are exchanged or returned only if they are unused and the packing is in its original condition. Moreover, the product(s) will only be exchanged if they are purchased from our website or our Facebook or Instagram pages. 

It takes around 1 to 2 weeks to complete an exchange or return process. Once verified, our courier will pick-up the parcel from your doorstep and you’ll receive the new one.

 

Please bear in mind that we do not offer refunds unless you have a pre-paid order that we are unable to fulfill.
